Eid Closure - Date Change

Dear Parents,

Many of you will know that the Muslim festival of Eid ul Adha is fast approaching. We have so many familes who will be celebrating this festival, that we always use a day of school holiday so that we can close for the day. We do not usually know the precise date for Eid until quite near the date. Our published date for school to be closed is Thursday 29 June. However, it has been announced that Eid will actually fall on Wednesday 28 June. With apologies for the short notice we have decided therefore that school will be closed on Wednesday 28 June and re-open on Thursday 29 June, so that many of you can enjoy the festival fully. We hope that this will not inconvenience any of you too much.
