Your child may need special help at some point in their school career.
This may be for physical, learning or behavioural difficulties. The Assistant Head for Inclusion, Helena Cawley, leads the inclusion team, working with other staff to address problems and support children about whom we have concerns.
There is a wide variety of ways in which the school can support these children and at times we may seek advice from other agencies. It is our policy to involve parents in all stages of SEN support. If you have any concerns about your child’s development, please speak to the class teacher who will refer you to the Assistant Head for Inclusion if appropriate.
Key people you can speak to:
Helena Cawley : Assistant Head, Inclusion
Sade Stephens : Deputy Inclusion Leader
Further information is set out in the SEND Policy and Supporting Children with SEND report which can both be found in the policy documents page.
